Santa Farma, one of the most prominent and robust domestic pharmaceutical companies in Turkey, organized a special event for celebrating the centenary of the Republic.
As Santa Farma approaches its 80th anniversary which will be celebrated next year, it organized a special event for the centenary of the Republic. 523 Santa Farma employees attended the event which took place in “Santa Farma Manufacturing and R&D Centre” in Gebkim. The employees created the centenary logo of the Republic in an area of 53m x 23m, resulting to a visual feast for spectators.
Sami Kiresepi, Vice President for Strategic Planning and Operation at Santa Farma, said:
“As we make preparations for celebrating our 80th anniversary, we are utterly proud and excited to celebrate the centenary of our Republic. While we are saluting the 100th year of the Republic, we are also paying respect to the history of pharmaceutical industry and sharing our hope for its future. I hope that our industry which has always benefited from the positive contributions of the Republic will continue to adopt sustainable and innovative approaches in the future. Also, I believe that the industry will keep making further developments by adding value to community health by clinging to ethical rules as ever.”
