QUALITY POLICY
Santa Farma İlaç San. A.Ş. performs the production of solid, liquid and semi-solid pharmaceutical preparations according to current GMP requirements, taking into account the applicable conditions within the framework of compliance with national and international standards.
Within the scope of quality requirements, the Company provides the highest level of confidence with its customer-oriented, environmentally conscious and human health-oriented approach.
The Company creates a sustainable and target-oriented quality system based on the quality management system with the support of the senior management and undertakes to develop the system continuously and casus it to be adopted by its employees.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Santa Farma İlaç San. A.Ş. follows the consumption of natural resources within the framework of sustainability principles within the scope of the environmental policy it has devised for environmental protection.
The Company commits to the public to use the appropriate technology for the protection of the environment, to raise awareness of its employees on the protection of the environment, to comply with the laws for preventing pollution and to continuously improve the environmental performance by taking into consideration the needs and expectations of the interested parties.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
Santa Farma İlaç San A.Ş . takes necessary measures, using its Laborer Health and Job Safety Management System, for eliminating hazards, reducing risks by decreasing by ensuring participation and consultation of employees and/or employee representatives in order to protect its employees from occupational accidents, occupational diseases, injuries and impairment of health, and undertakes sustainable improvement in terms of performance.
Targeted trainings and periodic reviews on occupational health and safety are the basis of the efforts spent for providing laborer health and job safety. The company undertakes to continuously improve the performance of laborer health and job safety, to comply with the legal regulations in force with respect to laborer health and job safety and with the needs, expectations and other requirements of the stakeholders, and to review the occupational health and safety policy periodically within the framework of emerging developments.
ENERGY POLICY
As part of its Energy Management System, Santa Farma İlaç San. A.Ş. undertakes to improve its energy management system and energy performance continuously, make the necessary information and resources accessible to its employees in order to ensure achievement of the relevant goals and objectives, and comply with the applicable legal provisions and other rules about its energy performance. The company is committed to keep up with technological developments and take energy efficiency into consideration for products and services to be purchased as well as selection of new design and investment options with a view to increasing energy efficiency and promoting sustainability with respect to consumption of energy.
