Founding Agreement – Special Clause
From this day forward, regardless of the nature of any disagreement, the partners shall have no right to remain offended. In order not to bring any ill feeling upon the institution, a partner who is upset shall not enter the laboratory in resentment or anger. Until their temper has passed, they shall occupy themselves with offering good wishes for the institution; and once their anger subsides, they shall return as though nothing had happened, continuing with complete peace of mind, sincerity, and cheerfulness.
This special agreement, consisting of ten articles, has been drawn up in Istanbul and signed by the parties.
