Santa Farma aims to contribute to Türkiye’s R&D vision and ecosystem through its innovative approach in research and development, as a reflection of its “human-centered” pharmaceutical policy. In line with this vision, one of the best R&D centers in Türkiye has been established in Dilovası, with approximately 4,000 m² of enclosed space, equipped with modern infrastructure and advanced technology.
The “Santa Farma R&D Center” consists of technical areas including an advanced pharmaceutical analytical development / instrumental analysis laboratory, wet chemistry laboratory, pharmaceutical technology laboratories, and stability chambers. In addition, with its spacious office and employee relaxation areas, it stands as one of the most modern R&D centers in Türkiye both aesthetically and technically.

The R&D team consists of employees with bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees who are capable of working in a fast and results-oriented manner, and who question cause-and-effect relationships as a result of their analytical thinking approach.
